Die Originalsprache des Textes ist nicht russisch, oder?
Wenn im Originaltext für "einfach" - "ordinary" oder "basic" - verwendet wurde, dann wäre "allgemein" ein passendes Wort dafür (finde ich).
Ich denke, mit "несложной функцией" sei hier "ein nicht zu komplizierter Verwendungszweck" gemeint. (Verwendung einfacher Art, allgemein öffentliches Gebäude)

Klingt seltsam. Die Suche im Internet ergibt "здания общественного характера" (öffentliche Gebäude), aber ich finde diese Ausdrucksweise sehr schwerfällig. |
