Gennady Lapardin: L'Erario è uno dei vari enti centrali. Dove inserire le imposte locali, che non vanno all'E.? Il Ministerstvo Finansov non è l'equivalente pieno dell'Erario. Il significato troppo ristretto dell'Erario si desume anche dal brano nella vs explanation.

Asker: A prescindere dalla correttezza o meno della risposta, la grammatica va bene sempre e comunque, non solo nei testi letterari. Almeno, così è in italiano. Che un professionista scriva una nota come quella da Lei lasciata è abbastanza triste... poi magari sbaglio io, ma da madrelingua italiano gli articoli li metto dove penso che vadano.
