neutral  Yadviga Albrekht: Potrebbe essere un errore di stampa? E così non più «скребка», ma «скрепка» - fermaglio o come azione – fissaggio.

  -> Penso che si voleva dire "скребок" pechè si tratta di "устройство удаления нижнего отходного слоя от борта", cioè di un attrezzo per togliere lo strato superfluo.
