neutral  Assiolo: Это слово, конечно, существует (и, кстати, должно согласоваться с зависимым существительным в роде и числе), но употребляется нечасто. Гораздо более распространено "in costruzione", а здесь вообще "che viene costruito dall'Acquirente".
