Il termine corretto è "data di addebito":
Per data di pagamento si intende la data di addebito dell'importo sul conto corrente del Cliente (Committente).
E' un pochino diverso dalla data del bonifico, perché un bonifico può essere disposto anticipatamente o posticipatamente alla data di effettivo addebito.
Inoltre, il bonifico non è l'unica modalità di pagamento.

Aggiungo che la valuta non c'entra. In russo valuta si dice валютирование. Non riguarda i rapporti tra le parti contrattuali, bensì tra il correntista e la banca e di solito non viene richiamata quando si parla delle condizioni di pagamento nei contratti.

Spesso la valuta di addebito coincide con il giorno dell'addebito stesso, ma sono due cose diverse.
Confronta: data di addebito, data di accredito - valuta di addebito, valuta al beneficiario.
