Речь идет о составе в зале заседаний Апелляционного суда. Правильным ли будет перевод componente privato=внештатный член?

Однако в свое время очень много дел было переведено с использованием варианта "приглашенный судья". Российские судьи никогда не придирались к такому переводу.
