Dal 14 gennaio 2007 è in vigore una nuova procedura per la registrazione dei cittadini stranieri che si recano temporaneamente in Russia, quale che sia il motivo del viaggio.
La registrazione è effettuata a cura della persona fisica o giuridica russa che ha invitato il cittadino straniero, indicata nel visto alla penultima riga. Essa consiste in una notifica all’Ufficio UFMS (Servizio Federale Immigrazione) che rilascia un talloncino di avvenuta registrazione. |

адресный листок убытия по установленной форме, составленный при снятии гражданина с регистрационного учета по месту жительства или по месту пребывания в случае снятия с регистрационного учета до истечения срока регистрации по месту пребывания;
