Не могу найти эквивалент на итальянском языке.
В УПК идет речь только о sentenza di non doversi procedere per inesistenza di reato. Но это не совсем то. Спасибо. |

Asker: Assiolo, а это не improcedibilità случайно? Dichiarare improcedibile istanza proposta. И у меня не суд постановляет, а следователь. Существует rigetto, но оно так плохо звучит...
Asker: Procura italiana ha presentato l'istanza per un omicidio. Stando ai fatti, il reato non sussiste, perchè la persona è deceduta per cause naturali, e quindi, dall'altra parte è stata respinta questa istanza in quanto fatto non sussiste. Come si chiama questa cosa in italiano? In più, si tratta ancora delle indagini preliminari e le sentenze di non luogo a procedere vengono pronunciate proprio in quei casi, stando all'art. 425 c.p.p.
Asker: GRAZIE!!! Non mi è venuto in mente di consultare il dizionario Kovalev, in alcuni casi "spara delle sentenze giuste" :) Grazie a tutte e tre!
