Russian term or phrase: замещение

"фиброзное замещение мозгового слоя". Io avevo pensato a "Sostituzione fibrosa della midollare del surrene" ma non so se si può applicare anche al mio caso visto che si tratta di una anomalia riscontrata nei linfonodi dell'utero. E poi si può usare il termine "sostituzione fibrosa" o si tratta di "sclerosi"?

si può dire anche sclerosi ma "sostituzione fibrosa" è la traduzione più esatta.
Da quello che hai descritto sembra che tu stia parlando di una mielofibrosi - una patologia del midollo osseo in cui c'è una sostituzione fibrosa del midollo osseo. Non so come sei arrivata ad aggiungere il termine "surrene".
