Explanation:
Мне кажется, вместо "se reservará seguramente el cargo y la mensualidad" лучше написать "y se garantiza su continuidad laboral con la preservación de su puesto de trabajo con el mismo cargo y el mismo salario mensual" (т.к. директор и гарантирует это, а не высказывает свою оценку, свое мнение).
