Explanation:
No creo que sea necesario especificar que "se actúa"; está muy generalizada la fórmula "de conformidad con los Estatutos..." y se puede continuar de mil maneras (se procede..., las partes acuerdan..., ). Como ejemplo pongo un link de la Asestrad, que incluye también la fórmula en sus propios Estatutos.
