  -> Predložila sam samo jednu mogućnost, a nikako ne mislim da je to i jedino moguće rešenje. Verovatno bi mogla i neka druga kombinacija, samo se mora voditi računa o tome da je više ispostava u sklopu jedne filijale - na to nedvosmisleno upućuje kontekst.

Explanation:
Postoji više sinonima: office, branch office, outlet... Ako je potrebno praviti hijerarhijsku gradaciju, onda bi branch office i office bili ravnopravni (filijale jedne banke u raznim državama ili gradovima), a outlets bi bili najmanji organizacioni delovi... Međutim, to i je proizvoljno jer se nazivi organizacionih delova uvek razlikuju od kompanije do kompanije (u mogućim okvirima, naravno), bitno je samo držati se dosledno odabranih termina...

Ne bih se složila da ovde može da se upotrebi termin "subsidiary", to je već termin za posebnu kompaniju "ćerku" ili tako nešto... Možda bi moglo "affiliate"...
