agree  Bojan Cimbaljević: But this is obviously a "company", not a "society". The reference is to the Law on Commercial Entities. So, it is definitely a company. I agree that it is two-tier management structure of a company

  -> I only looked at the question, not at the context. I also don't know what is the official translation of Serbia's law on agricultural business entities. Translations of names of laws into English differ depending on the country in question.
