Explanation:
although I also agree with "wording / text of the decision" as Sherefredin wrote.

"summary of the decision" is my two cents.
Although I could not find it as such in dictionaries or on the Internet (though it was a quick search, I am short of time :)) and can probably be easilly confused with " summary judjement/summary decision" which is something else all together, acording to me it is closest to conveying the meaning.
