Prevod je sa srpskog, a kod nas se pravi razlika između rešenja i presude - tako da bi nekakvo „REŠENJE o razvodu braka“ moglo biti „divorce decree/certificate“, mada su to kod nas PRESUDE (a ne rešenja) - v. Porodični zakon
Možda bi bilo dobro da dodate da li se radi o UK ili US English. Amerikanci kod sudskih presuda više vole izraz "judgment", dok se kod Engleza češće pojavljuje "decree".
