"Naknada za ovo rešenje naplaćena je u skladu sa Odlukom o visini i načinu plaćanja nadoknada za poslove Agencije za lekove i medicinska sredstva Srbije"

What's the difference between naknada and nadoknada, if any? Can I use 'fee' in both instances?

Naknada u ovom konkretnom slučaju je "fee". Međutim, u smislu honorara menadžera/konsultanata može da se kaže i "consideration". Nadoknada se koristi kao sinonim - opet, najbolje je da vidite u kontekstu. Međutim, pre bih se opredelio za prvu varijantu u smislu "takse koja mora da se plati".
