Mislim da se ovde radi o testamentu, tj. o slucaju kada ne postoje izvrsioci testamenta ili kada nema testamenta uopste, vec mora da se ide na ostavinsku raspravu na kojoj se ne postigne dogovor... Ne znam da li sam u pravu, ali mi se cini da se na to misli :)
