U osnov za utvrdjivanje naknade zarade uzimaju se sva primanja koja cine zaradu u skladu sa clanom 105. stav 3. Zakona o radu, a koja su u prethodna tri meseca, pre meseca u kojem je zaposleni zapoceo da koristi odsustvo sa rada, isplacena zaposlenom ,a to su:

Bonus/ incentive


Explanation:
Bonus presents extra funds for staff for achieving extraordinary result or additional payment as means of motivation for the upcoming expectations, depending on the company policy.
