Serbian to German translations [PRO]
Law (general) / law | | Serbian term or phrase: Zakon privrednim drustvima | | ako nekom znaci kada je objavljen - ("Sl. glasnik RS", br. 125/04). Nisam sigurna da bi ovo bilo o.k. prevesti kao Handelsgesellschaft. |

Odgovarajući zakonik se u Njemačkoj zove "Handelsgesetzbuch" (vidi prvi link za primjer, drugi za njemačku wikipediu o tome).
U Hrvatskoj se zove "Zakon o trgovačkim društvima", što je još bliže Njemačkome.
Iako "privredno društo" zvuči nešto obuhvatnije, iz definicije u zakonu (članak 2) vidi se, da je to isto kao njemačka "Handelsgesellschaft". |
