Prilaz robnoj kući riješen je sa javne površine glavne ulice u Kuli, oko cijele robne kuće izgrađen je zaštitni nogostup. Sa zadnje strane robne kuće izgrađen je pristup za istovar tereta u skladište i to uvidu rampe koja omogućuje nesmetani istovar robe iz dostavnih vozila u nivou teretnog sanduka.
