To je, čini se, tehnika laganog brušenja kojim se dobija uniformi mat izgled lima (ili možda sa prugama? Videti dole). Ime dobija od 3M-ovih Scotch-Brite sredstvima za brušenje, ali pretpostavljam da nije nužno povezano sa 3M-om. Vidite na slici kod prvog linka da se vide i te neke "pruge", pa ne znam da li odatle "češljano", i tačno kako se to dobija, ali drugi link me je naveo na ovo rešenje, u koje naravno nisam 100% siguran.
