agree  Radovan Pletka: hook-up fee has 27,000 hits, hook-up fees has 42,000 hits and this is how pripojovaci poplatok should be translated. I know I am right, Imake a good living because of it. You are right about connection charges being mainly telephony term, unusable here.

  -> You're right -- connection charge can also mean the charge you pay for 'connecting' a phone call through an operator or a phone card...
