Slovak term or phrase: na vtláčanie
Hlavná pozornosť bude v budúcnosti zameraná, v súvislosti s liberalizáciou trhu s plynom, na skvalitňovanie služieb v uskladňovaní zemného plynu. Ide o zvyšovanie maximálneho denného uskladňovacieho výkonu a zabezpečenie flexibility, okamžitej zmeny z režimu ťažby na vtláčanie a opačne, podľa požiadaviek zákazníka.

Explanation:
This relates to storage of gas, which is an essential service to gas distributors. I would translate the term in context as "...ability to immediately switch from withdrawing to storing, and vice versa..."
Instead of withdrawing the term "extracting" is used if the gas is stored in an underground storage.
Bit of background: It is important for the storage provider to quickly switch between storing the gas and withdrawing it for distribution. The process can be described in other words, but from a comprehensive web page on natural gas storage I noted the common terms used are "withdrawing" and "storing" respectively. Here is the link:

z webky ktoru uviedol webguru som si "pozicala" termin, ktory sa mi zda vhodnejsi. Paragraf nie je o tom ako plyn, naftu a pod. uskladnit ale ako ich dostat do skladovacich podzemnych priestorov. Cely postup je opisany v uz uvedenej webke pod hlavickou "Storage".

agree  webguru: Tiez vhodny, ja som zvolil genericky "storing" preto lebo mi lepsie sedel v celej vete: "switch from withdrawing to storing" nez "switch from withdrawing to injecting", pokial nie je zrejme ze ide o skladovanie pod tlakom napr v cisternach...
