Law/Patents - Insurance / Data collection
Slovak term or phrase: Please see sentence
Poistený je uzrozumený s tým, že pre účely poistenia podl'a tejto zmluvy bude poistiteľ spracovávat’ osobné údaje poisteného najmä v podobe ich zhromažd’ovania a používania

The sentence as I understand it seems of little worth in a legal sense, since 'use' can be anything at all and, if that weren't enough, 'predominantly' leaves a huge loophole. Have I missed something?

"The insured party is in accord with the fact that for the purposes of this contract the insurer will limit the processing of the personal information predominantly to its collection and use."

Explanation:
The insured is accord with the fact that, for the purpose of insurance under this contract, the insurer shall process the insured's personal information, particularly in the form of collecting and using such information.

The original says nothing about limiting use as you've shown in your translation. The sentence seems to be a pass for the insurer to allow them to use personal data in accordance with EU/Slovak personal data protection law.

where you use "predominantly" I would expect to see not "najmä" in the original but "hlavne", "predovšetkým" or "prevažne".

As for your comment, well, it's an insurance contract... it's all about loopholes :)
