Vidim, ze sirsieho kontextu sa tak skoro nedockame, takze ja vychadzam z nizsie linkovanej definicie ujmy v majetkovej oblasti (ktoru stotoznujem z vyrazom sfera), ktora v slovenskom prave prekvapivo zahrna aj poskodenie zdravia. Citujem: "Do majetkovej oblasti sa v občianskom práve ráta aj (objektívne nevyjadriteľné) bolestné a úhrada sťaženia spoločenského uplatnenia" Myslim, ze prelozit treba cely vyraz, samotna majetkova sfera je vytrhnuta z kontexu.

Preto si myslim, ze majetkovu sferu v kontexte spojenia "újma v majetkovej sfére" nie je možné obmedziť výlučne na hmotný majetok.
