Slovak to English translations [PRO] Law/Patents - Law (general) / criminal history

It does not necessarily indicate that the person has a criminal record - if you don´t have any criminal record, the excerpt or copy, at least in the Czech Republic, would say "clear" or "no criminal record", but the form would be the same.
http://www.genpro.gov.sk/index/go.php?id=59 - a person is asking for extract of the records at his/her (register trestov) and this application is sent to the office (Register trestov) - there is diference between "register" and "Register".

To the rest: Be carefull about "false friends"! "Trest" in Slovak got nothing to do with English "Trust". It's "punishment", "penalty", etc.
To Veronika: It sounds like the application for a copy of the particular criminal record from person's file of criminal recods.
