Asker: "leading symptoms" - I've probably seen or heard this somewhere before. On the other hand, my English monolingual medical dictionary has only "guiding symptom", not "leading symptom".

Asker: Thanks. Given the wording used in Slovak, I have looked for standard phrases in English that are likewise in the negative: "no primary symptoms" comes up quite a lot.
