Predný segmet v šošovkách kortikonukleárne zákaly C1, N1, P0.
OP: TZN bilat. elevovaný, zúženie cievneho systému, stredne výrazné hypertonicko=sklerotické zmeny, zrnitá makula. Pre nález pre TZN bilat. odoslaný na USG n.II.

Oko prave - but also something in Latin which I can't remember at the mo - oculis pravis or similar

Just remembered - the Latin is Oculus dexter (OD) so ignore what I said above :) It still means right eye, though.
And left is of course Oculus sinister

Thank you Gerry. I just wasn't sure as it's unusual in Slovak to have a noun and then adjective. It usually is vice versa. I'd expect PO instead. I appreciate your help.
