Doporučenie: nepreťažovať kĺby, ale šetriť, vystríhať sa traumatám, aj miktoraumatám, obmedziť podľa možností chôdzu dole schodami a po nerovnom teréne. Z farmak. analgetiká, v dávkovaní aj typu on demand, vent. NSA, aj lokálne, hlavne pri irritáciách, chondroprotektíva, pravidelné kontroly u nás...
