Slovak term or phrase: b./b.
From a Slovak pap smear report, "Zhodnotenie" section, the abbreviation above is in the following context:

"Endocervikálne b./b. TZ prítomné, krvácanie"

I think "TZ" stands for "transformation zone". But what would b./b. mean in this context?
