Slovenian term or phrase: poslovni delež
I am translating a document originally titled "Pogodba o prodaji poslovnega deleža", wherein the term "poslovni delež" comes up frequently. I am using "share of ownership" at the moment, but I do not think it is the correct term. I also cannot find the English equivalent of "nominalni poslovni delež".

business share

Explanation:
The contract you have is a basically an agreement to sell shares in a limited company (d.o.o. structure in Slovenian, equivalent to Ltd structure in the UK). whereby a shareholder (could also be a director) is selling his shares in the company. The contract could also be represent a transfer of ownerships. You can use 'share of ownership', I personally prefer business share.
However, business assets is definitely wrong. This refers to assets of a company (money, buildings, cars, investments...) and not to its constitutional structure.
