right to live in the family home
Explanation:
Hi
My first choice would be ‘right to live in the family home’ as the UK sets out that a person needs an Occupation Order to get the right to stay in the home they shared with their partner: http://www.rightsofwomen.org.uk/pdfs/Legal/dv_housing_homele...

Other links only mention that this is a home that is owned rather than rented:
http://www.citizensinformation.ie/en/birth_family_relationsh...
http://www.healylaw.ie/26.html

You may prefer ‘right to live in the family residence’ as Canada has chosen that version and specified both rented and owned residences:

Housing protection

Explanation:
2. The release of housing in common use is new in Slovenian law. It serves a better
protection of the victim since the act of violence committer is banned from the
accommodation for a longer period of time (up to one year).
3. Housing protection in the case of violence while separating is a measure that solves
the accommodation issue of the victim that is in the process of separating with the
violence act committer. The emphasis of this measure is the protection of the interest of
minors. When in the process of separation, the victim or, if the victims are minors, the
parent of the victim can demand from the acts of violence committer to surrender the
housing in common use in sole use.

housing security

Explanation:
We have to distinguish between "housing protection" and "housing security." The former means the physical protection of a housing unit against destruction, while the latter means that a person has a guaranteed place to stay. Therefore, according to the submitted context, I propose "housing security." (cf. job security, energy security)

Example sentence(s):
  • The writer think that the controversies are good for us to concern about the domicile difficult of city minority community and to perfect Housing Security System, but its not enough thorough to study the source of problem
