vicepresidente. sust. m. El que está facultado para hacer las veces de presidente. Su femenino es vicepresidenta.

Y yo agrego algo más sobre el uso de mayúsculas y minúsculas:

Cuando un cargo va acompañado por el nombre de la persona, se usa minúscula.
El vicepresidente Oscar....

Cuando no va acompañado del nombre de la persona, se usa mayúscula.
El Vicepresidente dijo ayer que...

Te aconsejo siempre consultar un diccionario de usos para estos casos.
