Explanation:
horas extra es lo que más se usa en los convenios laborales, ya sea privados o del Estado y por supuesto quiere decir horas cumplidas como suplemento del horario convenido. Por eso esas horas extra se cobran aparte y depende de en qué día las hagan, si es en día laborable cuestan un precio y si es en feriado cuestan una vez y media o el doble.
En algunos países le llaman horas suplementarias, por eso lo puse como segunda opción.
