Law/Patents - Law: Contract(s) / Sociedad Limitada | | Spanish term or phrase: Cualquier acto de riguroso dominio | Estoy traduciendo unos estatutos de una sociedad limitada. Pero no he podido encontrar que quiere decir "acto de riguroso dominio". Sé que la palabra "dominio" se refiere a "Ejendomsret" en danés, pero que quiere decir "acto de riguroso" dominio?
