Si "Deudores por renta de títulos valores" es "Securities Receivable" ¿sería correcto pensar que acreedores por renta de títulos valores es "Securities Payable"?

Sí, estoy de acuerdo, pero personalmente incorporaría la idea de "renta" porque tenés títulos valores de renta fija y variable (fixed/variable income securities).
