Spanish term or phrase: activo real neto (Vt)

This is part of a text concerning the valuation of the company. I think the correct translation is "actual net assets" but if anyone can confirm that it would be reassuring as it's a particularly critical term in the text. Also, this is represented by V + subscript "t". I not sure what the "t" stands for here. Any thoughts about what it stands for and/or whether it needs to be changed in the translation? TIA

Dicho importe se contabilizó como un ingreso en la cuenta de pérdidas y ganancias en concepto del Impuesto sobre Sociedades.

Explanation:
Tom West's dictionary has "activo real" as tangible asset.

Barron's Dictionary of Accounting has the following definition.
A tangible asset has physical substance and a life greater than one year. It is not held for resale in the ordinary course of business. Examples are machinery, furnisture, and building, etc.
I am not sure about "VT". Could it be "Valor Tangible - Tangible Value"? I am not sure.
