I am not sure what these mean and whether I should translate them ... maybe they are Latin??
The appear in an annual report, as follows:

This means "second", and "third" or "two" and "three" and I would definitely translate it..

Sorry I didn't see the earlier posting refereneing the OECD usage..I would agree then that this should remain in the original.
