"constituye prenda sin transmisión de posesión, en primer lugar y grado a favor de XXX sobre la totalidad de sus cuentas por cobrar presentes, bienes que bajo protesta de decir verdad manifiesta son de su absoluta propiedad y se encuentran libres de gravámenes ó afectación de cualquier índole, en el entendido que para efectos de identificación se acompaña como Anexo “D” al presente la relación analítica debidamente firmadas y que corresponden a las cuentas por cobrar que a la fecha de firma del presente instrumento reportan los estados financieros de “EL CLIENTE” (en lo sucesivo los “BIENES PIGNORADOS”).

Explanation:
Barron's Accounting Handbook - Fourth Edition - has the following definition for "pledged asset":
An asset that is used as collateral to secure a debt obligations or contract. A footnote reference is given of the circumstances surrounding the pledged asset; otherwise, the asset appears as it would ordinarily be classified on the balance sheet and is not presented as an offset under liabilities.
