Spanish to English translations [PRO]

The text appears under the heading "Composición del Capital, Suscripto e integrado"
My problem here is two-fold: Firstly, I'm guessing "de v/n" might refer to the method of voting at GM's (by roll call, rather than be secret ballot, I assume). Am I right, and if so, what exactly does "v/n" stand for?
Secondly, does "no endosable" qualify "de v/n". In other words, does "no endosable" refer to whether the voting rights for a share are transferrable via a proxy, or to whether and how the share can be bought and sold on the market?
