professional association membership fee
Explanation:
This is what I believe it refers to: the (normally annual) fee paid by members of a "colegio" or professional association. There are several ways of expressing it: "subscription to professional association", "professional association subscription fee", etc. If it is clear that this is an annual subscription fee (which will normally be the case), it would be normal to say "annual subscription to professional association", or some similar formula

"Occupation specific deductions
Doctors. Professional library / journals; Registration renewal; Indemnity insurance; Professional association membership fee"

To pick up the point made by FVS: it would be better to reduce this to "professional association fee", to cover the possibility that it refers to a payment in respect of something other than a subscription charge.

agree  xxxFVS: BUT I would leave out membership, I'm not sure it isn't a fee payable in respect of audits carried out etc. as happens with engineers and their visado de proyectos.

-> OK, FVS, thanks for this tip: seems sound. "Professional association fee" will do fine.

-> I quite agree; I would delete the word "membershp" if I could. It seems very likely to me now that it is not that.

certification fee

Explanation:

Saludos :)
