This is from a Spanish annual accounts report. I think that it's a typo, but I would like some other opinions:

En las operaciones de arrendamiento financiero en las que las Sociedades que integran el Grupo actúan como arrendatarias, EL COSTE DE LOS ACTIVOS SE INCLUYE EL INICIO de la operacion en el activo del balance de situacion consolidado.

I think that the EL INICIO should be AL INICIO, but please correct me if I'm wrong.
