Explanation:
I'll stick my neck out here, given that this comes under the heading of "assets" and not "liabilities"; the most logical answer would be "liquidation" (of assets) as all the terms refer to revenue and not to costs - if there's another heading "PASIVO" then I'm sure this is right.

I would not go with "cash and liquid assets", these would be entered separately as "cash to hand" etc., much better to go with "liquidation of assets" as these are the assets sold in that one fiscal year.

Difficult to say in a list like this with no context. I'd avoid liquidation unless the is more evidence to warrant the use of such term.
