No context, just where a fashion company wants to advertise itself (outside) along with Bus shelters and university campuses

I'm tempted to put "backsides" :o)

bus backs
Explanation:
I think they're talking about taking out ads on the backs of buses. There are lots of hits for this on Google in Spanish and in English. Plus, this way you'll avoid accidental double entendres...

Good luck!

For example, here's a page that describes all sorts of ads that can be put on buses, including bus-back ads:

http://www.surfside.com.au/busads_page_b.htm

(Who knew?)

Here's another one from a UK company:

http://transit.metrokc.gov/am/advertising.html

Actually, the list of applicable hits is pretty long.

I'd just note that if you don't like "bus backs" (in plural), you could also try "bus back advertising" (with or without the hyphen), which also turns up all sorts of ad agency pages and projects.

I went with bus back advertising in the end, tho Heather's suggestion was also excellent I thought, thanks to you all

Heather, by the way, I was joking about putting "backsides", tho doubtlessly someone will come up with the idea one day of selling buttspace so to speak :o)

neutral  sprout: El problema con "rear ends", al igual que "backsides" como dijo William, es que se trata de un eufemismo por "trasero".

-> I am aware of that, but it still means the parte trasera or rear end of something, beyond buttocks

I would suggest avoiding any mention of "backsides" as it sounds like the ads are on the back of people's jeans!

Bus advertising provides great street-level reads to a commuting audience and throughout metropolitan areas. As buses slowly cruise city streets, your message can be seen by both pedestrian and vehicular traffic on this large transit media.

A variety of bus displays are available including side panels, tail wraps and displays, and interior bus panels. Also see transit shelters and bus benches for the stationary street-level displays at bus waiting areas.

In order to target your audience, bus advertising is available by selecting specific routes or by garage.
With enough coverage and careful planning, buses can be used to reach a general market audience very effectively. We can help you to plan your campaign and budget to achieve the amount of coverage needed in whatever market(s) you are considering. Please contact us today with any questions you may have.

Read about our Nationwide Insurance execution that included full bus wraps and king side panels in 14 markets across the USA.

For single panel placement in your area consider billboards as an alternate to bus displays.
