Advertising / Public Relations / Ministry of Public Health
Spanish term or phrase: cobertura (in this context)
The entire phrase, which appears as a footer on web pages and hardcopy communications from the Ministerio de Salud Public de Guatemala, is:
Sirviendo con calidez, calidad y cobertura.

I've looked through the ProZ on-line glossary and elsewhere, but am still unsure. Translating "cobertura" in this context as "coverage" doesn't seem right, and I also have thought about "support" or "assistance", but "the right" word escapes me - probably because there are numerous possibilities and I don't know what they actually want to say. Is anyone familiar with this slogan/phrase?

Thanks in advance!

Short of having someone from the Ministerio de Salud Publica tell us what they mean by "cobertura", I think this is the best answer for my context. Thank you very much, Lydia, and thanks to all the others who took the time to contribute.
