Es el título de una revista de y para corredores de maratón, etc.
Conozco la expresión "of pure blood" pero no transmite el sentido que se le da a la frase en A. Latina, específicamente para Argentina.

El cliente eligió "To the Max" porque enfatiza el hecho del esfuerzo, a todo pulmón, sin mediar máquinas. De todos modos, vuelvo a repetir, que las otras opciones también le , pero bueno, hay que calificar una sola.
Si es el título de la revista está difícil, porque no se puede hacer una traducción literal. ¿El cliente puede participar en la traducción, o tomarás tú la decisión?
Hola Marisa. Sin duda que pure blood aquí no queda bien. En este caso, ¿"a pura sangre" quiere decir "a todo dar" o es otra cosa?
