Se van introduciendo distintas variables para ver los efectos sobre las ventas de cerveza.

En este contexto:

"Una vez introducida la variable “Crisis”, comprobamos que se produce un mejor ajuste"

El "ajuste" se refiere a la curva de ventas que se va elaborando.

No acabo de verlo. Tengo lo siguiente:
