agree  neilmac: I mean, it's MUPI (Mob Urbano Punto Informacion), so "muppy" doesn't exist in English. It's a pure Spanglish invention, like "footing"...

According to the context, "bandelora" should realy have been written as "banderola", small banner or flag.
Webster's on line translates "banderola" as "banderole".
