Spanish term or phrase: cada gota es un cliente
I'm under a tight deadline and the significance of this phrase escapes me unless they mean "drop of blood," in the sense of being the "lifeblood" of the company.

Contexto:

"**Cada gota es un cliente** y la suma de todas supone una pérdida notable.

En [compañía], sabemos del valor de cada gota."

every droplet is a customer

Explanation:
'Droplet' would sound better in English than 'drop'.

This seems to be figurative language comparing customers to droplets, each one being a relatively small part, but valuable for the contribution of each one to the whole.

Our customers are our lifeblood and we value every drop.

Explanation:
I like your idea of "lifeblood".

in full:

"At XXX, our customers are our lifeblood and we value every drop.

That's why we work hard to keep every customer."

On second thought: every drop lost minimizes the ocean
meaning:
every client lost minimizes the company's profit/success

Each falling (water?)drop is a lost customer / A customer is like a falling (water?)drop...

Explanation:
It is difficult to tell without a context. Is blood mentioned in the text or is that your personal interpretation? I think the "drop" and "customer" analogy could also be linked to water as a valuable resource but that's just a thought.

You could just paraphrase it according to the previous suggestions too.
