This is one possible equivalent of 'cierre' that seems consistent with most of your examples. It's a kind of corporate signature, with say a slogan, a logo and maybe address details that can be adapted but must appear on all promotional material.

neutral  philgoddard: I don't think this quite fits the definition of a tagline, which is usually a slogan or a summing-up - this is just a factual statement.

  -> I agree Phil, but for want of a better term, I offered this. I imagined: "Fanta is a registered trade mark of The Coca-Cola Company", as an example; which “sums up” that Fanta is part of a very large company - a good thing in marketing, I dare say.
